Because of restrictive state laws and expensive permits now required by many states, Oakstone can ship wine to (and only to) the following states.
As noted below, in some cases there are quantity limits.

District of Columbia (1 case per month)
Minnesota (2 cases per year)

Nevada
Oregon
Washington
