2017 Petite~Petit CLUB SELECTION

This very special blend was created to celebrate the best characteristics of these two beautiful wines. Petite Sirah, with it's bold, heavy texture and Petit Verdot, and its lush blueberry and berry nuances combine to create a perfectly balanced wine with supple tannins, a rich, velvety mouthfeel and a lingering finish. Aged in French Oak barrels for 22 months, then blended to perfection to create this wonderful wine.

 When Petit Verdot ripens fully (as this did in 2012), the grapes change from a "spice" blending element to a full-featured stand-alone varietal wine. Opulent aromas combine with full body and a classic Bordeaux flavor profile to make this wine a great complement to flavorful foods.

  A complex, well balanced and beautifully colored wine with rich aromas of ripe berries and a subtle hint of leather and earthiness. Tempranillo is known as the Cabernet of Spain, and this wine is a perfect example with hearty character and a velvety smooth finish. Enjoy with beef, game, cheeses with structure and flavor, or a grilled portobello mushroom.

2017 Dolcetto

The color is ruby red with violet highlights. The bouquet is fruit-forward with notes of currants, raspberries & blackberries. The flavor is well-balanced with sweet tannins and good acidity. Perfect pairing with appetizers, pastas, white meats, red meats and roasts and nuances of roasted herbs, elderberry pie and spices.
